How to Delete Your Account

Option 1 — Delete In-App

1. Open the StreamersTip app and sign in.
2. Tap your profile icon to open the menu.
3. Go to Settings.
4. Tap Manage Account.
5. Scroll to Account Actions and tap Delete Account.
6. Read the warning, then tap Continue.
7. Type DELETE in the confirmation field and tap Delete My Account.

Your account and associated data will be permanently removed immediately after confirmation.

Option 2 — Delete via Email

If you cannot access the app, send an email to:

We will process your deletion request within 30 days and send a confirmation to your registered email.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data is permanently removed:

• Your profile (username, display name, bio, avatar)
• All videos you have uploaded
• All comments you have posted
• All follow relationships (followers and following)
• Messages and chat history
• Notification data and preferences
• Support tickets submitted under your account

What Data May Be Retained and Why

In limited cases, certain data may be retained after account deletion:

• Transaction and billing records — retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial and tax laws.
• Anonymized or aggregated analytics — statistical data with no personally identifiable information may be retained indefinitely for platform improvement purposes.
• Legal hold data — if your account is subject to an active legal investigation or dispute, relevant records may be retained until the matter is resolved.

Any retained data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Deletion Timeline

• In-app deletion: Profile and user data are removed immediately upon confirmation.
• Email deletion requests: Processed within 30 days of receiving your request.
• Backup systems: Residual copies in backup storage are purged within 90 days.
