A small setup that will not break the stream
Install it, connect Twitch, and connect OBS through the websocket if you want redeems to change scenes. Make one command that replies in chat and one redeem that does something you can see. Hit them yourself before you announce them.
Keep a list of what each action does. Future you will not remember which duplicate "sound" action is the loud one. If you add Channel Points or custom viewer actions, test the spam case: what happens if five people fire it at once.
