One stream into a week of posts

One livestream can feed a YouTube video, a handful of shorts, a community post, and a newsletter note. Only if you mark the moments while you are live.

Evergreen

Capture on purpose

During the stream, drop a marker when chat laughs, when you explain something cleanly, or when a moment has a beginning and an end. Afterward, pick five. Not fifteen. Each clip needs a hook written for someone who was not in the room.

A reasonable week from one show: the VOD or a tightened YouTube cut, three to five vertical clips, one text post with the best line, and a sentence in a newsletter or Discord if you have one. Quote graphics are optional. A second stream is not required to "stay consistent" if the clips are still going out.

  • Hook, then the moment, then one line of context.
  • Reframe for vertical. Do not leave a tiny gameplay window in a sea of blur.
  • Write a different caption per platform.
  • Schedule them. Do not post the pile at midnight after you are already tired.
