Tutorials, gear, and clear stories travel. Slang and community drama often do not. Auto dub and lip-sync tools from YouTube, Meta, and others keep adding languages. The list and the quality change. Generate one, watch it with someone who speaks the language if you can, and fix names.
Say that it is dubbed or captioned when the voice is synthetic or not yours. Viewers forgive a translation. They do not forgive feeling tricked about who is speaking.
