Why my views dropped

A drop is usually a weaker open, a topic your usual viewers did not want, or a test that never got a second round. It is rarely a secret punishment.

Compare the quiet posts to the ones that worked

Pull the last ten videos. Note length, topic, and where people left. If the drop started the week you changed niches, the new audience and the old audience are both confused. If only one video died, leave it and make the next one closer to the format that held people.

A long break can also shrink the next test. Come back with a video that looks like you, not a desperate trend you do not belong in.

  • Check the first three seconds before you blame the platform.
  • Check if you posted at a time you cannot repeat or reply.
  • Do not delete the flop just to feel better. You need the graph.
  • Change one variable on the next three posts.

Frequently asked questions

Did I get shadowbanned?

Most of the time, no. A small test that failed looks like a ban because the view count stops early. Fix the video the first group did not finish.
